Questions, answered
How long does a visit take?
Usually between 1 and 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the pool and how many places need to be checked.
How should my pool be ready?
Please make sure the water is at its normal running level, up into the skimmer, and that the water is clean, clear and blue. Cloudy or green water makes it much harder to see the dye and find the leak.
Do I need to drain the pool?
No. Keep it filled to the normal running level. Please don’t drain it or let the level drop before we arrive.
Are repairs included?
Yes, repairs are included in the price of your appointment. The exception is concrete and plumbing repairs, which are a separate charge. For plumbing leaks we find the leak and tell you where it is, and the repair is quoted separately.
How soon can I book?
Appointments are usually available the same week. You can see open times as soon as you choose your service.
Where do you work?
All of South Jersey, Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs in eastern Pennsylvania, roughly an hour’s drive from Cherry Hill, NJ. Enter your address in the booking section to confirm you’re covered.
Is there a travel fee?
There is a $50 travel fee for addresses outside roughly a one-hour drive from Cherry Hill, NJ. The address check on the booking section shows you right away.
What does the price include?
The price shown for your service, plus NJ sales tax of 6.625%. Adding a spa to an inground leak detection is $125 more.
